- I am the mother of two children, aged 5 and 2.5. For as long as I can recall I had struggled with my weight and body image. Three years ago I made a decision to change my life for the better, and I have. I am passionate about health but more importantly I am passionate about self esteem! I am hoping this blog serves as my own personal journal to the changes I've made, and also possibly encourages others along the way.

Congrats on winning the prize. I got a copy of the Mag after the Mother's Day classic, I was very impressed with your honesty.
